About the Audio CD's

Back, Elbow, and Neck
This Audio CD is approximately one hour long. It includes several sections. You can mix and match depending on what you need and how much time you have. There are 3 different ball placements. This Audio CD is an excellent introduction to Elaine's method but is also good for those already familiar with it. The ball is placed under the lower back. It is excellent for tight back muscles, leg flexibility, and general ease and stress reduction. The neck and elbow on the Ball helps relieve tightness in the neck and shoulder areas. There are 2 different breathing tools included as well as a section called Whole Body moves to finish with after you come off the ball.

Hips and Shoulders
This Audio CD is approximately 60 minutes long and uses 2 balls under the back of the pelvis and then another section using 2 balls under the shoulders. There is a dramatic feeling as the body gives into gravity on the balls. Using the breathing tools provided in the Audio CD, you begin to better understand how the body holds and then releases tension in the muscles. It allows the stress, stiffness, and discomfort to ease.

The Audio CD includes breathing as well as Whole Body moves in order to maximize the changes felt while on the ball. A great way to start or end your day.
