The EPM is a revolutionary approach to health and fitness! You will confront ailments that plague you everyday - that are difficult to cure because of daily habits, and stressful lifestyles. The ball is designed to help release muscle tension and to help you rediscover your body's ability to heal. You will more fully integrate all parts of the body to improve your shape as well as increase the health of the body.

Learn to help people heal! If you have clients who suffer from a wide range of health conditions such as carpal tunnel, TMJ, arthritis, disc problems, sleeplessness, migraines or fatigue, chronic back pain, neck and shoulder pain, joint pain or repetitive stress injuries…you will acquire new tools to help them heal. They will be able to continually use your services, uninterrupted by down time resulting from either training or other unrelated injury. When the inevitable sprain, tear, bruise or trauma does take place, you will be a sought-after person to rehabilitate their injury, based on the techniques you will have learned as a certified EPM Instructor.

TRAIN: EPM certification includes levels 1, 2, 3, & 4; home study guidance
TEACH: begin working with clients immediately after levels 1 & 2
LEARN: ball placement; body formula; awareness of the body; class structure
PARTICIPATE: experience different levels of EPM in a hospital class setting.

EPM has developed a highly effective Certification Program:

Intensive Immersion Workshop
Tuesday - Sunday
* experience and participate EPM in a hospital class setting
* refined, training skills with Elaine
* individual student practice
* home study and teaching experience, plus EPM workbook dialog
You will have completed all 4 levels, full certification for EPM.

3 Day Workshop
Friday - Sunday
* must attend 48 hours, covers 2 levels of training
* home study hours are required.
You will have completed 2 levels of EPM towards certification

Yearly Instructor Re-Certification
* attend classes for one day
* must pre-schedule to teach a class
* personal training/skills conference with Elaine

Training is held every August, November, and May.

Yearly 1 day Re-certification: Fee $195; must pre-schedule to teach a short class.

Levels 1 & 2: Basic training and structuring ball therapy classes
Levels 3 & 4: Advanced class structure, Injury prevention and Care
Re-Certification - required yearly; Improves and deepens training skills, Revolutionize private sessions; Build better structure of your EPM lessons.

Certification Fee: $1995 covers 4 levels of complete certification/ $997 covers levels 1 & 2 towards certification; also includes the workbook manual, the EPM ball therapy kit, 2 - 60 minute CD's; Back, Elbow, Neck on the Ball and Hips, Shoulders on the Ball.

Levels 1 & 2:
Basic training and structuring ball therapy classes; during basic training you will gain a new awareness of the body. Learn how to structure classes by sharing results you have experienced with others. Advanced ball therapy and breathing experiments included.

Levels 3 & 4:
Advanced class structure, injury prevention and care; a variety of new tools will be introduced to deepen your practice. You will learn how to help individuals obtain freedom of movement. An emphasis will be placed on how to read the students body.

*Instructor training begins with an understanding of the method and deepening your own practice. Elaine Petrone will lead you through ball placement, and the body formula.
*Levels 2, 3, and 4 are intended for individuals who wish to teach the Elaine Petrone Method to others.
*Certification will be awarded to those who complete all 4 levels and all assignments.

Refunds and Cancellations:
EPM cancellation of a class or workshop:

*Your choice of full refund or Apply 100% of tuition fee to another class or workshop.
*All refunds may be applied to another class, which must be taken in 1 calendar year of the canceled class.
*Cancellations must be received in writing.

Student Cancellations:
6 weeks or more prior to class: 100% Full Refund
2-4 weeks prior to class: 50% Refund
14-4 Days prior to class: 25% Refund
3 Days prior to class: No Refund
