I have chronic SI joint problems in my lower back. Any suggestions on what exercises to start with. Am starting tonite with the hips on the ball exercise. Am interested in purchasing some of the DVDs because I find it hard to read the book and exercise, I think it would be easier to watch it. So I'd like some suggestions on what to purchase. Thanks for your help in this.

After 2 yrs of chronic lumbar/hip pain, surgery, PT, Osteo, massage I was at my wits end & on large amounts of narcotic pain meds. My chir. Dr finally helped w/ adjustments & then in 4 days of the miracle ball method I was pain free & have weaned off of the meds completely! I can't say enough about this product.

I love the miracle balls and wanted an audio instruction as I find it hard to read the book while on the balls. I am very frustrated with trying to purchase the downloadable CDs. The website charged my credit card but never allowed me to download the CD. There is no customer support I can find

I have been using the Miracle Ball Method for only 4 days. I struggle with a bulging disc and the last 2 1/2 months have been very painful...I was using a product called Doctor Hoy's Natural Pain Relief Gel to help manage the pain, which was working very well, but my back was not improving. During the first day of using the Miracle Ball Method, I found greater flexibility in my low back and the pain greatly decreased. Now after 4 days of use, I feel incredible in my lower back! Only slight stiffness still exists and I am sure that will be gone soon. I want to exercise again because I am not in extreme pain! This is truly amazing! I am impressed with these Miracle Balls!

I'm 67 now, and I just bought a new pair of running shoe cross-trainers. A horrendous auto head-on 3yrs ago rent my back to imperfection, but thanks to your Ball Method, I have largely restored myself.

A note about breathwork. I learned in meditation development years ago to largely forget about the inbreath. Take care of the outbreath visavie your suggestions, and the inbreath takes care of itself.

I also bought the Miracle Ball set on the spot at Costco. I have various pains that I've gone thru PT for with little relief; may have fibromyalgia. I don't take any pills; looking for natural pain relief. After 1 time on the balls, my low back pain was gone for a long while. I couldn't believe it! Suffering with back pain for over 20 years-spending the majority of my pregnancy with severe back pain-and having seen numerous doctors/massage therapists/chiropractors with no lasting results made me wary of this straightforward method.
