Elaine, thank you very much for your method, books and CD's. Your method help me in being able to use my arms again. I found your book at the right time in my life, "you save my life !!!" I am looking forward for more of your CD's and DVD's. Is it possible to buy only a DVD? Could I download DVD? In your books, I did not see any info on doing regular exercises, like aerobic, weight traing, resistance traing, etc. I would greataly appreciate any of your comments. Sinceraly, Bozena Krzyzanowski
