I have been using the Miracle Ball Method for only 4 days. I struggle with a bulging disc and the last 2 1/2 months have been very painful...I was using a product called Doctor Hoy's Natural Pain Relief Gel to help manage the pain, which was working very well, but my back was not improving. During the first day of using the Miracle Ball Method, I found greater flexibility in my low back and the pain greatly decreased. Now after 4 days of use, I feel incredible in my lower back! Only slight stiffness still exists and I am sure that will be gone soon. I want to exercise again because I am not in extreme pain! This is truly amazing! I am impressed with these Miracle Balls!
